At Educate 360 I built full stack web applications across multiple brands and tech stacks. I maintained all 8 company websites (Educate 360 and 7 training brands) across Laravel, WordPress, DNN, and legacy PHP, designed pages and custom components in WordPress, and managed servers and databases in Azure.

Some of the highlight projects are:

  • UTDB: Sole developer on the course catalog and class schedule platform behind ~2,500 courses. Automated the twice-weekly data import from 4 hours a run down to 5 minutes.
  • Watermark Learning: Migrated and rebranded a legacy brand site and its 75 courses to Laravel and PHP 8.3 with no downtime. I led the reusable component library that now backs every course page across the company.
  • TCM Security: Migrated a newly acquired company onto WordPress, from the blog import to a custom PHP course filter and refreshed academy pages.

How the team worked

We were a 4-person Agile remote team in GitLab. I reviewed merge requests and manually QA'd releases, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines (YAML) deployed to dev and staging under formal change management.

The job was fully remote, so clear communication mattered as much as code. My responsibilities included project management and cross-functional teamwork, and reaching out across departments was the norm. Everyone answered questions and helped with requests, and I did the same.
